If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may escalate your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Agency (AFCA).

Credit Guide

With respect to loans regulated by consumer protection provisions our accredited brokers must provide you with a Credit Guide before providing credit assistance. The Credit Guide outlines the broker’s services, lender panel, how they are paid and the organisations they work with to provide their services.
